Delete your Makan Rescue account

This page applies to the Makan Rescue app and the Makan Rescue Merchant app, published by Paaci Pte Ltd.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and go to Profile (Makan Rescue) or Today (Makan Rescue Merchant).
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete forever. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Or ask us by email

Email dpo@makanrescue.sg from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted, and what we keep

• Deleted immediately: your email address, phone number, name, login credentials, and any registered devices. For merchants, your listings are taken down.
• Kept in anonymized form: order and payment records, with all personal identifiers removed. Singapore law requires businesses to retain transaction records (five years for tax purposes), but they can no longer be linked to you.
